Chronic Pain

Stress can cause inflammation, muscle tension, nerve sensitivity, and brain hypervigilance. This leads to constant pain despite tissue healing. Your pain’s on-off switch breaks under stress, and Stress Fluency resets the circuit.

Digestion

IBS, constipation, bloating, and poor digestion are symptoms of an overloaded nervous system. You cannot stress and digest at the same time. Stress Fluency returns digestion to its factory setting.

Sleep

The “Rest & Digest” system cannot function optimally under stress.  Despite debilitating fatigue, sleep is often a problem when you are in survival mode. Stress Fluency allows the brain to feel safe enough to welcome sleep again.

Relationships

When we are dysregulated, relationships become strained. Stress makes us feel under threat which compromises our ability to connect, listen, and feel loved.  Stress Fluency is a salve for rekindling and maintaining solid social bonds.

Health Behaviors

Addictions are a desperate plea for stress relief. Without regulation of the nervous system, positive health behaviors are impossible to maintain. Stress Fluency provides the scaffolding for better self-care choices.

Stress

Anger, reactivity, overwhelm, helplessness, numbness, and apathy are all hallmarks of an overly taxed nervous system. Stress Fluency helps you reclaim your authentic self while understanding why those responses are normal and often warranted.
